Cancellation Policy: Due to the custom nature of our products, no cancellations can be made once your order has been processed. Once an order is processed, we have invested in the materials needed for your unique project. PLEASE check your order over carefully!!
Return Policy: All products are guaranteed for quality materials and workmanship. If a problem is found due to material flaws or workmanship, please let us know within three days of receipt and we will create and ship a replacement for the unacceptable product. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds but will work with you to ensure your satisfaction!
Shipping Policy: All orders over $50 ship free to the continental United States. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5 in the continental US. All products shipped outside the continental United States will charged a shipping fee.
